Introductory Paragraph The Allen-Bartley-Frazier Scholarship Award, an entity of the Florida State Primitive Baptist Convention Education Foundation, Inc., is designed to assist graduating high school seniors in pursuit of post-secondary education.  The Scholarship Committee from the Florida State Primitive Baptist Women's Congress, in consultation with the Convention's Education Foundation, develops the criteria and designs the application.
